Cookie Policy
A cookie is a small text file placed on your device by a website. This page explains what cookies tommywilliams.co.uk uses (spoiler: none of its own).
First-party cookies
This site does not set any first-party cookies.
Analytics
The site uses Vercel Web Analytics, which is cookieless. It records aggregated, anonymised page-view information without storing any identifier on your device. See Vercel's privacy policy.
Third-party embeds
Some pages embed content from third parties. If you interact with these embeds (e.g. press play), they may set their own cookies on your device, which I have no control over:
- YouTube (Google Ireland Ltd.) — Google cookies
- Spotify (Spotify AB) — Spotify cookies
Until you click to play an embed, those providers receive only basic request data (IP address, user-agent) that is inherent to loading any third-party iframe.
Local storage
Some sub-apps (private tools requiring a password) use your browser's localStorage to remember session state. This is stored locally on your device and never transmitted back to me. You can clear it at any time via your browser's site-data controls.
Controlling cookies
You can block or delete cookies and site data through your browser settings. Most browsers group these under Privacy, Security, or Site Settings. Instructions:
Changes
If this changes (for example if I add a contact form or a cookie-using analytics tool) I'll update this page and the date above.
